11. INSTALLING THE SWEEP FLIGHTING

K. Bolt the first section of Back Shield to the Shield
Pivot Bracket with two (2) 3/8" x 1- ½” Grade 8
bolts, four (4) flat washers, and two (2) Nylock
nuts.
L. Attach the second section of Back Shield to the
Bearing Stand Assembly and the first section of
Back Shield with two (2) 3/8" x 3" Carriage bolts,
flat washers and Nylock nuts.
M. Bolt the Shield Splice Plate to complete the
connection of the two Back Shields. Use four
(4) 5/16" x ¾” Hex bolts, flat washers, and
Serrated Flange nuts.
