Channel (block channel selection)
Select up to seven (1–7) channels to be blocked out.
These channels are blocked out regardless of the
program rating.
Blocking a program
This television incorporates V-Chip technology to block
the viewing of movies and television programs
according to the rating category. There are four
content advisory categories: MPAA (Motion Picture
Association of America), U.S. TV Program, Canadian
English ratings, and Canadian French ratings. These
categories are used as guidelines for blocking
programs.
■ The default mode for the Lock category is the
Unlocked state.
