Manual Clock Setting
You must set the TV/VCR/DVD clock before you can do a
timer recording. Set the clock manually when first setting up
the TV/VCR/DVD. Afterward, Auto Clock will correct the
time automatically if necessary.
If you do not receive a PBS station that carries time signals,
you cannot use Auto Clock. Use manual clock setting. Set
AUTO CLOCK to OFF. The TV/VCR/DVD will not update
the time. The time will remain as you set it.
Before you begin ...
● Turn on the TV/VCR/DVD power.
● Connect the Antenna/Cable TV signal correctly.
Details are on pages eight-nine.
● Turn on the Cable Box/Satellite Receiver (if applicable).
● Set the TV channels. Details are on pages 18-19.
● Press SELECT to put the TV/VCR/DVD in TV/VCR
mode. The red VCR/TV light will appear.
