Functional Overview
Front panel
1 POWER
– enters or exits the STANDBY mode.
2 ÉÅ (PLAY/PAUSE)
– starts or pauses playback.
3 Ç (STOP)
– stops playback.
4 Disc Tray
– loads a disc.
5 4
– goes to the beginning of the current track/
chapter (press once).
– goes to the beginning of the previous track/
chapter when you press twice.
6 ¢
– goes to the next track.
7 SOURCE
– switches between the DVD, TV, AV, FM and AM
modes.
8 0 (EJECT)
– opens or closes the disc tray.
9 REMOTE SENSOR
– receives operation signals from the remote
control.
0 Display panel
– shows the time, status, radio frequency and radio
station number.

Radio mode:
–fine tunes down/up.
–automatically searches for a radio station (press
and hold for about 1.5 seconds).
DVD mode:
– starts fast playback backward or forward.
@ MUTE
– turns the speaker output on or off.
# TIME
– to display the time/ enter time setting mode.
$ SET
– press to enter and exit the TIMER setup menu.
– press to memorize a station in the AM/FM
status.

– selects items in a setup menu.
– decreases / increases volume.
– decreases / increases values in the PICTURE
setup menu.

– selects items in a setup menu.
– selects channels or radio stations forward/
backward in the TV or radio mode.

– confirms selections in the setup menu.

– enters the LCD setup menu.

– connect to the external antenna to receive TV
programs in the TV mode.
