Remote Control Usage
Inserting batteries
1 Pull out the empty battery compartment as
illustrated.
2 Put a CR2025 lithium battery (3V) into the
compartment. Make sure the + polarity is face
up.
3 Close the compartment.
Using the remote control
1 Aim the Remote Control directly at the remote
sensor (IR) on the front panel.
2 Do not put any objects between the Remote
Control and the DVD Player while operating the
DVD Player.
CAUTION:
– The remote control works best at a
distance less than 7m and with an angle
of up to 60
o
to the front of the set.
– The battery normally lasts for about
six months. This depends on how often
and for what operations the remote
control is used.
– If the remote control fails to work
even when it is operated near the player,
replace the battery.
– If the remote control is not used for a
long period of time, please remove the
battery from the remote control to
prevent any damage caused by leakage.
Batteries contain chemical substances so
they should be disposed of properly.
