PICTURE
Selects proper brightness and
density for the room.
BRIGHTNESS
Adjusts for easier viewing of dark
pictures such as night scenes and
hair.
COLOR
Adjusts slightly to a lighter color.
TINT
Adjust for proper skin color.
SHARPNESS
Displays a sharp image.
COLOR TEMP
(Color Temperature)
classifying white light.
BLACK EXT.
(BLACK EXTENSION)
Adjusts the dark shades of the image
in gradation.
This can be turned OFF and ON when
STANDARD or CINEMA is selected for
the PICTURE MENU.
Note:
There is little change when PICTURE is increased with a bright picture or reduced with a dark picture.
To adjust each item,
Press the up
and down
button and make adjustments
using the left
and
right buttons.
Select NORMALIZE with the up
and down
buttons
and press ACTION.
By pressing the AV-ADJ button on the remote control, PICTURE ADJUST and AUDIO ADJUST can be directly adjusted
instead of starting from the MAIN menu (see page 44).
The selected menu will change each time the AV-ADJ button is pressed (press till the
desired menu is displayed).
