To disable a handheld
1. In the BESAdmin window, select the BlackBerry Enterprise
Server where the user is enabled.
2. Select the user. Click Disable User to prevent email from being
forwarded to the user’s handheld.
3. You will be asked for confirmation. Click Yes. The Enabled
column for the user changes from Yes to No and the icon in the
User Name column changes.
