Reading the status fields
In the BESAdmin window, each user will have a set of properties
(found in the Properties window). The BlackBerry tab in this
window displays numbers, dates and times to indicate the stage and
status of email for that user.
The following table explains the type of information displayed in
each field.
Field Description
Messages
Forwarded
The number of messages that have been
forwarded to the handheld. This field is
updated automatically as new messages are
forwarded. The messages that are
forwarded depend on the filters set by each
user at the desktop.
Messages
Filtered
The number of messages that were not sent
to the handheld because of the filters
enabled in the BlackBerry Desktop
Manager.
Messages
Received
The number of messages that have been
received by the handheld.
Messages
Pending
The number of messages being held until
thehandheldisturnedonorreturnsto
coverage. When the handheld is active
again, the messages are sent.
Messages Sent
from
Handheld
The number of messages sent from the
handheld. This field is updated
automatically as new messages are sent
