Viewing global statistics
You can view the combined statistics of all handhelds on a
particular BlackBerry Enterprise Server.
To view global statistics
In the BESAdmin window, select Tools > Global Statistics.The
Global Statistics window appears.
Viewing statistics by queue
You can view the combined statistics of all handhelds on a
particular BlackBerry Enterprise Server organized by queue.
To view statistics by queue
In the Start menu, select Programs > BlackBerry Enterprise
Server for Lotus Domino > BlackBerry Server Monitor.The
BESMonitor window appears. If necessary, select the
BlackBerry Enterprise Server to be monitored from the drop-
down list in the Server Name field.
Note
If the name of your server does not appear in the list, click
Add. The Adding BES Server dialog box appears. Type the
name of the server into the box and click OK.
