General operation
To switch the display on
. To switch the display on, set the mains switch to position ”I”.
The standby LED on the infrared sensor lights up red.
. Now press one of the numeric buttons or [TV] / [VIDEO] / [PC] button on the remote control to s witch the display on.
The OPERATING LED on the infrared sensor lights up blue.
The display must be ”powered up”. This is comparable to the process with a PC and takes several seconds.
To switch the display off
. Press the standby button on the remote control.
The display switches back to standby mode.
The standby LED on the infrared sensor lights up
red.
. To switch the display off again completely, set the mains switch to position ”0”.
If no signal is pending on screen, it automatically goes into standby mode.
. To switch on again, press one of the numeric buttons on the remote control.
Changing channel
When you change from one TV channelto another, first ofall you see a still picture of the 1st channel and then a moving picture
of the other channel.

. You press the button [
A Vol - ] or [ " Vol + ] on the
remotecontrol,toset the desiredvolume. Thecur-
rent volume control appears on the screen.
. Select the option <SOUND ⇒ VOLUME>.
Menu items:
Volume = The current volume
Max Startup Volume = Presetting forthe volume when
the display is switched on
Sound setting
Under the option <EQUALIZER> you can set the pre -
defined acoustic pattern.
