InsimilarfashionastheADC,theDACcontrolsaresetuptoallowpoweringofeachDACindividuallyand
settingtheoutputlevel.Eachchannel'slevelcanbesetindependentlyusingthecorrespondingVolume
knob.Alternately,bycheckingtheSlavetoRightbox,theleft-channelVolumecanbemadetotrackthe
right-channelVolumeknobsetting;checkingtheSlavetoLeftboxcausestheright-channelVolumeknob
totracktheleft-channelVolumeknobsetting.
DatagoingtotheDACsisselectedusingthedrop-downboxesundertheLeftandRightDACDatapath.
EachDACchannelcanbeselectedtobeoff,useleft-channeldata,useright-channeldata,oruseamono
mixoftheleftandrightdata.
AnalogaudiocomingfromtheDACsisroutedtooutputsusingtheOutputPathcontrolsineachDAC
controlpanel.TheDACoutputcanbemixedwiththeanaloginputs(LINE2L,LINE2R,PGA_L,PGA_R)
androutedtotheLineorHighPoweroutputsusingthemixercontrolsfortheseoutputsonthistab(forthe
lineoutputs)orontheHighPowerOutputstab(forthehighpoweroutputs).IftheDACistoberouted
directlytoeithertheLineorHPoutputs,thesecanbeselectedaschoicesintheOutputPathcontrol.
NotethatiftheLineorHPoutputsareselectedastheOutputPath,themixercontrolsonthistabandthe
HighPowerOutputtabshavenoeffect.
Ontherightsideofthistabarehorizontalpanelswheretheanalogoutputmixingfunctionsfortheline
outputsarelocated.
Eachlineoutputmastervolumeiscontrolledbytheknobatthefarrightofthesepanels,belowtheline
outputlabels.Theoutputamplifiergaincanbemutedorsetatavaluebetween0and9dBin1-dBsteps.
Power/Enabledstatusforthelineoutputcanalsobecontrolledusingthebuttonbelowthismasteroutput
knob(PoweredUp).
IftheDACOutputPathcontrolissettoMixwithAnalogInputs,thesixknobsineachpanelcanbeused
tosettheindividuallevelofsignalsroutedandmixedtothelineoutput.LINE2L,LINE2R,PGA_L,PGA_R,
andDAC_LandDAC_Rlevelscaneachbesettocreateacustommixofsignalspresentedtothat
particularlineoutput.Note:iftheDACOutputPathcontrolissettoanythingotherthanMixwithAnalog
Inputs,thesecontrolshavenoeffect.
