If the clock phase, which synchronize the PC signal and Plasma display, is not optimized, the picture will blur.
This function enables you to adjust clock phase and display a clear picture.
If the sampling clock does not synchronize with the dot clock frequency of the PC, blurred picture detail will occur,
or screen width will change, or drift patterns in vertical lines may be apparent.
This function enables you to adjust it and optimize the picture.
The Reset function adjusts the PC Setting (for all VGA, SVGA and XGA) to the factory settings.
To adjust clock phase and sampling clock/To reset
First press and hold the button until the video input mode list
appears on the screen, then press the
or and OK buttons in
order to select the PC input mode (see page 29).
To adjust the Clock phase of the picture:
Press the MENU button, then
press the
or button to
display the SET UP menu.
Press the

to select PC Setting.
Press the OK button, then press

or button to select
Clock phase.
Press the or button to
obtain a clear picture.
To adjust the Sampling clock:
From the PC Setting menu,
press the

to select Sampling clock.
Press the or button to
optimize the picture.
To reset the PC Setting:
From the PC Setting menu,

select Reset on the 2nd page.

IN THE PLASMA DISPLAY PANEL
Avoid displaying stationary images on
your TV screen for extended periods of
time. Fixed (non-moving) images (such
as still picture or black bars in wide-
screen picture or computer display) can
become permanently ingrained in the
plasma display panel.
Note:
The optimum points of the clock phase and
sampling clock adjustments may be
incomprehensible according to the input
signals.
