"The Program" refers to any copyrightable work licensed under
this License. Each licensee is addressed as "you". "Licensees"
and "recipients" may be individuals or organizations.

2. Basic Permissions.

any intention to limit operation or modication of the work as
a means of enforcing, against the work's users, your or third
