To change the name

Press the M or m key to select the memory number
in the USER MEMORY menu, then press the , or
ENTER key.
The USER MEMORY setting menu appears.

Press the m key to select “NAME”, then press the
, or ENTER key.
The menu for setting the user name appears.

Change the user name.
Press the
< or , key to move the cursor to the
character position to be changed.
Press the M or m key to change the character.
Usable characters: “A to Z”, “0 to 9”, “.”, “/”, “,”,
_”, “-”, “(space)
Press the M and m keys simultaneously to clear
the character.
The maximum 18 characters are input for the user
name.

Press the ENTER key.
The settings are saved and the USER MEMORY
setting menu appears.
To close the menu without saving the setting
Press the MENU key.
The USER MEMORY setting menu appears.
INPUT SELECT menu
The input signal set to “OFF” is skipped when the
INPUT M/m key is pressed.
KEY INHIBIT menu
You can lock the setting so that they cannot be changed
by an unauthorized user.
Select “OFF” or “ON”.
If you set to “ON”, all items are displayed in blue,
indicating the items are locked.
The keys only for setting the key inhibit to “OFF” work.
When the key inhibit is set to “ON”, the - indicator on
the front panel lights.
Note
When “RMT ON” is selected in the REMOTE menu (on
page 22), the - indicator lights and the keys on the
front panel do not work. However, “KEY INHIBIT”
keeps set to “OFF”. When you want to operate the keys
on the front panel, select “RMT OFF” or “RMT & LCL”
in the REMOTE menu.

Submenu Setting
ALL RESET All settings are reset to the factory preset
ones.
STANDARD
INPUT
Sets the input setting of
“COMPOSITE”, “Y/C”, “RGB”,
“COMPONENT”, “DVI, and “HD15”
ON: Input signal is selectable.
OFF: Input signal is not selectable.
Note
You cannot set all input settings to
“OFF”.
OPTION Sets the input setting of an input adaptor.
ON: Input signal is selectable.
OFF: Input signal is not selectable.
