This chapter provides safety and regulatory information that should be reviewed prior to
working with the Agilent system. The information contained in this chapter applies to all
Agilent-supplied instruments in the system and the system as a whole.
It also contains information on servicing and obtaining support for an Agilent system or
instrument, including procedures for removing an instrument from a system, returning it to
Agilent, and reinstalling it.
