8. DivX, Xvid, MP3, and JPEG Formats
Whenever a disc containing a DivX, Xvid, MP3, or JPEG format is inserted into the player, a SMART
NAVI screen will appear that displays the folders in the left column and the contents of the selected
folder in the right column.

DivX/Xvid/MPEG4 files listing
Press to select the ROOT folder in the left column. This will display the files and/or folders
in that folder. Next select another folder you wish to open, or a video you wish to play. Press
ENTER/PLAY to display the contents of that folder, or to play the selected video. Press STOP to
go back to the SMART NAVI menu.
FUNCTION KEYS FOR DIVX/Xvid/MPEG4 FILES
Forward/ Press the icons to play fast forward and fast backward.
Backward Continuously pressing either button returns the speed to normal.
Next/ Press to advance to the next or previous chapter.
Previous
Mute Press the MUTE button to turn the audio off. Press it again to resume.
Pause Press to pause playing and press again to resume.
Slow Press SLOW to view the video in slow motion. Press PLAY to resume at
normal speed.
Step Keep pressing the STEP button repeatedly to play frame by frame.
GoTo Press GOTO to search the chapter and time you want. For functions
additional please refer to “Function Buttons” in the manual.
