1. Power Button – Press and release the Power
Button to turn the TeraStation on.  Hold it
down for3 seconds to turn the TeraStation
off.
2. USB Ports –USBportsonbothfrontand
rear panelsof the TeraStation maybe used
toconnectUSBharddrives,aprinter,oran
additional TeraStation to your TeraStation.

3. Hard Drive Status(also5,8,and10)–ThisLEDwillglowgreenwhenthecorrespondinghard
driveisdetectedatboot,andwillblinkgreenwhenadiskcheckorformatisinprocess.Itwillglow
redwhentheharddriveis90%fullormore,andblinkredifthereisaproblemwiththedrive.
4. Hard Drive Access(also6,7,and9)–ThisLEDwillblinkgreenwhentheassociatedharddrive
isaccessed.Duringstartup,it’snormalforallthelightsonthefrontpaneltolightupinorder,
producingapinwheeleffect.
