Adjusting picture controls
1. From the Picture Controls submenu, select the control option that you want to
adjust. The selected option field appears alone on the display (the rest of the menu is
hidden).

2. Use the arrow buttons to change the value:
• Press the
or button to adjust the V (vertical) or Contrast value.
• Press the t or button to adjust the H (Horizontal) or Brightness value.
• For the Detail value, press either
or to increase the sharpness. Press
or t to decrease it.
To rapidly increment or decrement the values, press and hold the arrow button.
3. When finished adjusting the selected control, press the Menu button to return to the
Picture Controls menu.
Input submenu
This submenu allows you to perform certain input adjustments and to view the active,
total, and start of lines and pixels. (The Input EDID option is available only on the
DSC HD-3G A.)

• Auto-Image — Select this option, then press Enter to perform a one-time
Auto-Image on the video input (see Auto-Image on page 35 for more information
about this function).
