Chapter 2: Connecting Your DVD Player

3 Plug the power cord into a wall outlet.
4 Select Auxiliary or AV as the input for your television. For more
information, see the user guide that came with your television.
Using composite video
To connect your DVD player to a television using composite video:
1 Connect the yellow video jack on the back of your DVD player to the
yellow video jack on your television.
2 Connect the red (R) and white (L) audio jacks on the back of your DVD
player to the R and L audio-in jacks on your television.

Connect the audio jacks on the back of your DVD player to a receiver. For
more information, see “Connecting to a receiver” on page 20.
