The zero reture function provides a convenient method of rapidlyreturning to the starting point of recording or
playback. The startingpointcan be indexedfor any locationon thetape by pressing the COUNTER RESET button
and COUNTER ZERO RETURN button.

• When you load a tape, the counter will reset to"00:00:00 _.
• The counter does notfunction on nonrecorded(blank) sections ofthe tape. When you rewind,
fast forward or play tapes through blank sections, the counter stops.
