The precautions below should be followedwhen using batteries inthisdevice:
1. Use only the size and type ofbatteries specified,
2. Be sureto followthe correct pufadtywhen installing the batteries as indicated in the battery comparirnent.
Reversed bederies may cause damage to the device.
3. Do not mixdifferent types of battebes together (e.g. Alkaline and Carbon-zinc) or old pettebes with fresh
ones,
4, Ifthe device isnot to be used for a long period of time, remove the baifer;es toprevent damage or injury
from possible battery leakage.
5. Do not try to recharge batteries not intended to be recharged; they can overheat and rupture. (Folk_w

NOTE: • When them is an obstacle between the TVNCR and the transmitter, the transmitter may notoperate.
• When direct sunlight, an incandescent lamp, fluorescent lamp or any other stronglight shines on the
Remote sensor ofthe TV/VCR, the remote operation may be unstable.

commpond to your antenna system, If you are using a cable TV service (CAW), see page 13 for Cable

Combination VHF/UHF Antenna (Single 75 ohm cable or 300 ohm twin-lead wire)
Connect the 75 ohmcable from the combination VHF/
I UHF antenna to the antenna jack.
If your combination VHF/UHF antenna has a300 ohm
_A_IONHGM_ twin-lead wire, the use of the 300-75 ohm matching
transformer may be necessary,
