Setup
TV ControlTV Control
When this setup is "On", the TV can be used to control the
functions (including the volume adjustment) of this unit.
1 Set the HDMI TV control on or off.

Display Setting
"TV CTRL On" The TV can be used to control this unit.
"TV CTRL Off" This unit cannot be controlled from the TV.
The functions controllable from the TV are variable depending on
the TV model. Refer to the instruction manual for your TV.
TV AUDIO IN –"TV Audio In"–TV AUDIO IN –"TV Audio In"–
When the audio input of the TV is switched from the HDMI
input (the signal from the HDMI monitor output of this unit) to
the digital broadcasting (the built-in tuner of the TV) or other
external input, this setup switches the input source of this unit
to "OPT1" ([OPTICAL CD (ASSIGNABLE)] terminal) and allows
the TV audio to be reproduced from the speakers connected to
this unit. This makes it possible to enjoy digital surround audio
broadcasting, etc. in the surround environment set with this unit.
1 Select "TV Audio In".

Display Setting
"TV AUDIO On"
The audio input can be switched automatically to output the
TV audio from the speakers connected to this unit. (The input
selector of this unit is also switched automatically to "OPT1").
"TV AUDIO Off"
The audio is not switched automatically (the input selector of
this unit does not change).
"TV Audio In" can be set when "HDMI Link" is on.
Locking the setups –"Setting
Lock"–
The setups of this unit can be locked so that they will not be
altered by accidental press of keys.

Use [MULTI CONTROL /5] to select "SETUP Locked".
