Changing Names of Macro Programs
Under the factory default settings, the names of
the macro programs are set from M-01 to M-20,
but you can change them to any desired name.
The text can have up to six characters, and it is
entered using the numeric buttons.
This example shows how to change the M-01
name to MOVIE.
1 Hold down the M button r for three
seconds or more.
The menu is displayed.
2 Press the D4 (MACRO) direct button t.
The macro menu is displayed.
The
MACRO
indicator displays and
LEARN
blinks.
3 Press the D1 (M-01) direct button t.
The NAME is displayed.
4 Press the D3 (NAME) direct button t.
The “ ” blinks to indicate that rewriting is possible.
5 Press the 5 numeric button !1 to select M.
6 Press the
cursor button @0 to next.
The “ ” blinks to indicate that rewriting is possible.
7 Press the 5 numeric button !1 to select O.
8 Repeat steps 6 and 7, and then enter V, I,
E and “
(space)”.
• To make changes in the text while entering it,
use the
or cursor buttons to move to the
blinking section.
9 After making the changes, press the OK
cursor button @0.
• To change the names of other macro programs,
repeat the procedure in steps 3 to 9.
10 To exit, press the M button r.
