Limited Warranty
What your warranty covers:
• Defectsinmaterialsorworkmanship.
For how long after your purchase:
• 90daysfromdateofpurchaseforlaborcharges.Atouroptionwewilleitherpayan
AuthorizedRCAServiceCenterthelabortorepairyourtelevisionorreplaceyourtelevision
withaneworrefurbishedunit.
• Oneyearfromdateofpurchaseforparts.Atouroptionwewilleithersupplynewor
refurbishedpartstoanAuthorizedRCAServiceCenterforthemtorepairyourtelevisionor
replaceyourtelevisionwithaneworrefurbishedunit.After90days,laborchargeswillbeat
yourexpense.
• Oneyearfromdateofpurchaseforthepicturetube.Atouroptionwewilleithersupply
neworrefurbishedpartstoanAuthorizedRCAServiceCenterforthemtorepairyour
televisionorreplaceyourtelevisionwithaneworrefurbishedunit.After90days,labor
chargeswillbeatyourexpense.

• Call1-800-336-1900orvisitwww.rca.com.Pleasehaveyourunit’sdateofpurchaseand
model/serialnumberready.Themodel/serialnumberinformationcanbefoundontheback
ofyourunit.
• Proofof purchaseintheformof abillofsaleorreceiptedinvoicewhichisevidencethat
theproductiswithinthewarrantyperiodmustbepresentedtoobtainwarrantyservice.For
rentalrms,proofof rstrentalisalsorequired.
What your warranty does not cover:
• Customerinstruction.(YourOwner’sManualdescribeshowtoinstall,adjust,andoperate
yourtelevision.Anyadditionalinformationshouldbeobtainedfromyourdealer).
• Installationandrelatedadjustments.
• Signalreceptionproblemsnotcausedbyyourtelevision.
• Damagefrommisuseorneglect.
• Batteries.
• Customerreplacementfuses.
• Damagefromimagesburntontothescreen.
• Special,incidentalorconsequentialdamages.
• Atelevisionthathasbeenmodiedorincorporatedintootherproductsorisusedfor
institutionalorothercommercialpurposes.
• AtelevisionpurchasedorservicedoutsidetheU.S.A.
• Actsofnature,suchasbutnotlimitedtolightningdamage.
