- To configure the SVS-5R to RAID5+Hotstandby, you must change the RAID mode by using
the Configuration Tool. When the following window appears in the screen, select RAID5 under
“Select RAID level”. Select 3+Hotstandby under “Select number of disks”, then click
“Configure”.
- When the RAID settings are complete, the following popup window appears. Click “Exit”.
- Clicking the “Exit” button resets the SVS-5R and displays the following message on the LCD
at the front panel. To change the RAID mode, press the left button.
