DTV Settings – setting the PIN code
In order to prevent viewing of unsuitable films and programmes, channels and menus can be locked. These
can then only be accessed with a security code PIN when in digital mode.
Setting the PIN

Press MENU and
R
to select the SETUP menu.
Press Q to select DTV Settings then press OK.
Use Q to select PIN Setting then press OK.

Using the number buttons enter a four digit
number, when these have been entered they will
need to be confirmed by entering them again.
Using
S
or
R
select Enable.
Press OK. The PIN number is now set.
When the PIN number has been set a prompt
will appear requiring the PIN number to be
entered before television settings can be altered.
A screen will appear with the choice to Enable or
Disable the password.
