Browser Does Not Display Any Content
Verify that the PATROL DashBoard service is running:
— On Windows 2000 or Windows XP: Right-click
My Computer, choose Manage,
expand
Services and Applications, and then click Services. The status of the
PATROL DashBoard service should be
Started.
— On Windows NT: Launch the Windows
Control Panel, and then double-click
Services to check the status of the PATROL DashBoard service. The status
should be
Started.
NOTE
The startup time of the server varies according to the number of managed devices.
For example, a server on a 1-GHz Pentium-III managing 300 devices may take up
to 7 minutes to start.
