About Terminals on the Back of Your Display

A recessed area on the back of your display partially hides the power switch, the Kensington slot, the
electrical socket, and the terminals where you connect signal cables. A large white sticker clearly
identifies each available feature in this area. Feature availability varies among different display models
but your display is likely to have at least these:
Power SwitchTurns your display on and off.
Power InThe power cord plugs into the LCD display and the wall plug.
RS232C Out/InRS232C serial port.
DVI/HDMI InDVI/HDMI audio input terminal.
DVI/HDMI InUse an HDMI cable to connect this HDMI input terminal to the HDMI output
terminal on another device.
A/V In [VIDEO] video connection terminalUse a video cable to connect this input terminal to
the video output terminal on another device.
A/V Audio InAudio input terminal.
A/V Audio OutAudio output terminal.
RGB Out.
