Menu Item Description
Block Enable Turn the V-Chip controls on or off.
Unrated Turn the rating system on or off.
Change Password Change the Parental Control password.
Do not forget the Parental Control password;
this password cannot be reset.
For your reference:
TV broadcasts include a signal that classies the contents
of the program. When the V-Chip rating options are set, TV
broadcasts that have been classied with a higher rating will
be blocked.
