Setting the sleep timer
The sleep timer lets you set a time when you want your plasma TV to turn off
automatically. One minute before the timer turns off your plasma TV, the timer
appears and shows the seconds remaining before your plasma TV turns off.
You can set the sleep timer using the remote control or the OSD.
To set the sleep timer using the remote control:
1 Press the SLEEP TIMER button on the remote control. The sleep timer
appears in the upper-right corner of your screen.
2 Press the SLEEP TIMER button one or more times to cycle through all the
preset times from 1 minute to 120 minutes.
3 Press the DISPLAY button to hide the sleep timer display. Your sleep timer
is now running in the background.
4 If you want to turn off the sleep timer before it turns off your plasma TV,
press the SLEEP TIMER button repeatedly until SLEEP: OFF is displayed.
