To change the transmittable signals for
operating other manufacturers’ VCR

Press and hold VCR .

Press VCR.

Enter the manufacturer’s code using the
number buttons (1 – 9, 0).
See the table on the right to find the code.

Release VCR .
You can always perform the following operation:
VCR Turns on or off the VCR.
After pressing VCR, you can perform the following
operations on a VCR:
1 – 9, 0 Selects the TV channels on a VCR.
For channel number 5, press 5.
For channel number 10, press 1, then 0.
For channel number 23, press 2, then 3.
• TV RETURN will function as the ENTER
button if your equipment requires
pressing ENTER after selecting a channel
number.
3 Starts playing.
1 Rewinds a tape.
¡ Fast-winds a tape.
7 Stops playing.
8 Pauses playing. To release, press 3.

Try to operate your VCR by pressing VCR .
When your VCR turns on or off, you have entered the
correct code.
If there is more than one code listed for your brand of
VCR, try each one until the correct one is entered.
