This equipmenthasbeen testedandfoundto complywiththe limitsfor aclass

toprovidea reasonable protectionagainstharmfulinterference in aresidential

AudiovoxElectronics Corporation(the“Company”)warrantstoyoutheoriginal
retailpurchaser of thisproduct thatshouldit,under normaluseandconditions,be
provendefectivein materialorworkmanshipduring itslifetimewhileyouownit,
such defect(s) willbe repairedorreplaced(attheCompany’s option)withoutcharge
forpartsandrepairlabor.Toobtainrepairorreplacementwithin thetermsof this
Warranty,theproductisto be deliveredwithproof of warrantycoverage (e.g.dated
billof sale),specification of defect(s),transportationprepaid,totheCompanyatthe
addressshownbelow.ThisWarranty does not cover productpurchased,servicedor
usedoutsidetheUnitedStatesorCanada.ThisWarrantyis nottransferableanddoes
notextendtocosts incurredforinstallation,removalorreinstallationof theproduct.
ThisWarrantydoes not applyif intheCompany’sopinion,theproducthasbeen
damagedthroughalteration,improperinstallation,mishandling,misuse,neglect,
accident,orthesimultaneoususeof differentbattery types(e.g.alkaline,standard or
rechargeable).
THEEXTENT OFTHECOMPANY’SLIABILITYUNDERTHISWARRANTYIS
LIMITEDTOTHEREPAIRORREPLACEMENTPROVIDEDABOVEAND,IN NO
