Printing Images
The printing feature of the DX8000 produces a hard copy of the current on-screen image. A Windows-compatible printer must be installed to take
advantage of the DX8000’s print feature. For information on installing a printer, refer to the installation manual that came with your unit.
The DVR must be placed in Playback or Search mode to use the print feature. Playback is paused once the print button is pressed.
To print an image displayed in a pane:
1. Click or .
2. Locate the video image you want to print. For more information on locating video, refer to Working in Playback Mode on page 79 and
Working in Search Mode on page 88.
3. Click .
4. Click to freeze the image for printing.
5. Click .
6. Click OK.
PRINTING IMAGES IN THE DEINTERLACED MODE
If you are printing images recorded at 4CIF at a low frame rate per second, the viewed image might move or tear. The View menu’s Deinterlaced
Image option is used to enhance the image for printing.
To print an image using the deinterlaced option:
1. Click or .
2. Locate the video image you want to print. Refer to Working in Playback Mode on page 79 and Working in Search Mode on page 88 for
information on locating video.
3. Click .
4. Click to freeze the image for printing.
5. Click to print the image to a designated printer.
