An amplifier with only one HDMI output.
Audio can be played by the amplifier
from the device or TV.
Amplifier with one HDMI input and
several HDMI outputs. Audio can
be played by the amplifier via HDMI
connector from your device.
Note
You must map the audio input from the
connected device to your TV in order to use
this feature.

System audio control
When enabled, this feature automatically
turns off TV speakers when content from
an EasyLink-compliant home theatre system
is played. Audio is played only from the
amplifier’s speakers such as home theatre
system’s speakers or AV receiver.
Note
Follow the instructions in the user manual
of the connected devices to map the audio
input to your TV correctly (see ‘Connect an
amplifier’ on page 36).
1 Enable one-touch play and one-touch
standby between your Easylink compliant
devices by following the instructions
in the previous section (see ‘Enable or
disable EasyLink’ on page 35).
2 Press (Home).
3 Press to select [Setup] > [Sound]
> [TV speakers] > [Auto EasyLink].
The TV speakers are turned off »
automatically when content from an
Easylink compliant system is detected.
4 Press to select [Setup] > [Sound]
> [TV speakers] > [On] to disable
system audio control and enable the TV
speakers.
Note
If you select [TV speakers] > [Off], the TV
speakers and amplifier’s speakers are muted.
Connect an amplifier
An amplifier such as Home theatre System or
AV receiver can be used to play audio from an
Easylink compliant device connected to your
TV.
An amplifier can be connected in the following
different ways :
