Replacing the Lamp
When the "Lamp Replacement" warning appears on screen it is time to replace the lamp. (Lamp LED warming
light will appear red).
Press OK to make the warning disappear"" .
After replacing the lamp please reset the lamp timer.
Make sure to reset the lamp timer only when replacing the lamp. If you reset the lamp timer and continue to use
the same lamp this may cause the lamp to explode.
Status LEDs
There are two status LEDs on the front of the RPTV.
State
POWER LED READY LED
Description
AC off Not lit Not lit AC power is not connected
Standby mode Red Not lit AC power is connected and the RPTV is
in standby mode.
Warm-up Green
Red
AC power is connected and the power
button has just been turned on.
Operation mode Green Not lit AC power is connected, the power button
has been pressed and the lamp has been
warmed up.
Cool down mode Red Flashing
Flashing
Red
AC power is connected and the power
button has just been turned off.
Lamp caution Green Red Lamp life has been ended. Please Replace
the lamp.
ERROR MESSAGE

Flashes green twice,
times then Red once.
Not lit One of the cooling fans has failed.

Flashes green three
times, then Red twice.
Flashing
Red
Indicates lamp trouble or failure. The
RPTV will automatically shut down and
restart itself.

Flashes green five
times, then Red twice.
Not lit
Indicates hardware error. Power off the
RPTV, wait one minute, and then restart
the RPTV.
To Reset Lamp Timer please follow these steps:
1.) Press "MENU" and "VOL ADJ " buttons on the right hand side of the RPTV for three (3) seconds while
the RPTV is on.
2.) "Lamp Timer Reset" should appear on screen.
3.) Press "OK" to reset the lamp timer.
