Emergency
The top two levels (Emergency and Alert) both indicate severe problems
from which WebLogic can probably not automatically recover. Messages
at these top two levels should always be logged in the domain-wide log
and should trigger PATROL events. The default is usually to send
everything with a severity of Error or higher to the domain log.
