then press ENTER to change the setting. A lock icon on the rating
indicates that the rating is blocked. No icon indicates that the
rating is not blocked.
Age-based TV ratings
Use these rating guidelines to prevent your children from watching
certain TV programs, based on the rating limits set.
Content-based TV ratings
US MPAA (movie) ratings
Prevents children from watching certain movies, based on the rating
limits set. You can set the rating limits by blocking out all the movies
with ratings above a certain level. These ratings apply only to movies,
not to TV programs.
Canadian English ratings
Canadian French ratings
RRT Setting
If the broadcast program uses RRT5 (Rating Region Table - Region 5)
ratings, in accordance with FCC rules, its rating can be downloaded to
this TV and can be used for parental controls.
Reset RRT
Select this option to clear the downloaded RRT rating.

To adjust VGA images:
1 In VGA mode, press MENU. The Picture menu opens. Press to
enter the Picture menu.
2 Press or to highlight an option, then press or to adjust
that option. Available options include:

normal viewing.

pressing PICTURE.
Contrast Lets you adjust the image contrast.
Brightness Lets you adjust the screen brightness.
Sharpness Lets you adjust the image sharpness.
Color Mode (color

Warm—Enhances red tones
Cool—Enhances blue tones
