Changing the password
To change the password:
1 Press MENU, then press CH+ or CH– repeatedly until the
Lock-Enter Password menu appears.
2 Press VOL+ or ENTER to open the Lock-Enter Password menu,
then press the number buttons to enter the password. The
default password is 0000. If you change the password, then
forget it, enter 9443.
3 Press CH+ or CH– to select Password, then press VOL+ or
ENTER.
4 Press the number buttons to enter a new password in the New
Password field, then enter the new password again in the
Confirm Password field.
Resetting all locks
To reset all locks:
1 Press MENU, then press CH+ or CH– repeatedly until the
Lock-Enter Password menu appears.
2 Press VOL+ or ENTER to open the Lock-Enter Password menu,
then press the number buttons to enter the password. The
default password is 0000. If you change the password, then
forget it, enter 9443.
3 Press CH+ or CH– to select Clean All, then press VOL+ or
ENTER. A message asks you to confirm.
4 Press VOL+ or VOL– to select OK, then press ENTER.
Adjusting other functions
You can adjust other functions from the Function menu.
To adjust other functions:
1 Press MENU, then press CH+ or CH– repeatedly until the
Function menu appears.
2 Press VOL+ or ENTER to open the Function menu.
3 Press CH+ or CH– to select an option, then press VOL+ or VOL–
to adjust the option. You can select:
• Language—Selects the language for the menu. You can
select English, French, or Spanish.
• OSD Timeout—Sets the amount of time the menu stays
open after the last button press before it automatically turns
off. You can select Medium, Short, or Long.
• OSD Transparency—Selects the menu transparency. You
can select Low, High, or Medium.
• Screen Mode—Selects the screen mode. You can select
Full Screen, Normal, Wide, Zoom, or Cinema. The
Screen Mode options my vary depending on the video
input source.
• Blue Screen—Turns the blue screen On or Off. If you turn
on this option, the screen will turn blue after three seconds
without a signal.

content may not be suitable for
children.
PG-13 Parents strongly cautioned. Some
content may not be suitable for
children under 13.
R Restricted. Some content may not be
suitable for children under 17.
NC-17 Not suitable for children under 17.
X Adults only.
