About Satellite Radio tuner (Optional)
This unit supports Satellite Radio tuners which are
released by SIRIUS and XM.
Refer to the instruction manual of Satellite radio tuner.
About HD Radio Reception (Optional)
When you connect an HD Radio tuner, Tuner features
of the unit are disabled and changed to HD Radio
tuner features.
With the HD Radio tuner, you can use the similar
functions of Tuner features. Refer to Tuner features for
how to use the functions.
For operating KCA-BT200 (Optional)
For operation refer to Model-A-1 in the Instruction
Manual of KCA-BT200, and the table below. The
[AUTO]/[TI] button should be replaced with [SRC]
button for <Answering the Waiting Call after
Terminating>.
Set the remote controller mode switch to “AUD” mode
before starting operation.

For operating KCA-BT100 (Optional)
To control KCA-BT100, operate as follows;
To make setting for <Selecting the Dialing Mode>,
select <Function Control> (page 10). Pressing the
[AUD] knob for at least 1 second after selecting
the "D.MODE" item allows you to enter the dialing
method selection mode. To exit from dialing method
selection mode, press Search button.
To make <Disconnecting a Call>, <Clearing the
Disconnection Message>, and <Rejecting an
Incoming call>, press [DISP] button for at least 1
second.
Set the remote controller mode switch to “AUD” mode
before starting operation.
Moreover, some displays are different from the
description of KCA-BT100 Instruction Manual.

Function Glossary
“AUTO1”, “AUTO2”, “MANUAL” (Tuning mode
select)
Select a tuning mode of the radio.
Tuning mode Display Operation
Auto seek “AUTO1” Automatic search for a station.
Preset station seek “AUTO2” Search in order of the stations in the
Preset memory.
Manual “MANUAL” Normal manual tuning control.
“AVIN” (Audio/ visual input)
When this is set to ON, AV input source can be
selected.
ON1: Allows AV input source to be selected. Use
this setting when the built-in AV IN terminal is
connected to the external equipment all the
time.
ON2: Activates the attenuator function when
turning on the power with AV input source
selected. Cancel the attenuator function
by turning the volume knob clockwise
when listening to the audio of the external
equipment.
OFF: Disable AV input source selection. Use this
setting when the built-in AV IN terminal is not
used.
“CHANNEL”, “PRESET” (Seek mode Setting)
Sets the seek mode of the satellite Radio.
CHANNEL: Normal manual seeking control.
PRESET: Search in order of the channels in the
Preset memory.
DTA (Digital Time Alignment)
Make fine adjustment of the delay time of the
speaker output specified at <Cabin selection>
(page 28) to have a more suitable environment for
your vehicle.
The settings of the delay time are automatically
identified and compensated by specifying the
distances of each speaker from the center of the
vehicle interior.
