documento(enlosucesivoel“Producto”)aEIZOoasusDistribuidores,queEIZOysusDistribuidores,asupropio
criterio,repararánosustituiránelProductodeformagratuitasielCompradororiginaldetectadentrodelperiododela
Garantía(indicadoposteriormente)queelProductonofuncionacorrectamenteoquesehaaveriadoduranteeluso
normaldelmismodeacuerdoconlasindicacionesdelmanualdeinstruccionessuministradoconelProducto(enlo
sucesivoel“Manual del usuario”).
ElperíododevalidezdeestaGarantíaestálimitadoa(i)cinco(5)añosapartirdelafechadecompradelProductoo
(ii)a30.000horasdeusodelProducto(enadelantedesignadocomoel“Periodo de Garantía”);conlaexclusión,no
obstante,dequeelperíododegarantíadelpanelLCDdelProductoestálimitadoatres(3)añosapartirdelafecha
decompradelProducto.EIZOysusDistribuidoresnotendránningunaresponsabilidadniobligaciónconrespectoal
ProductoparaconelCompradororiginalnicontercerosquenoseanlasestipuladasenlapresenteGarantía.
EIZOysusDistribuidoresnoestaránobligadosasuministrarcualquierrecambiodelProductounavezpasadossiete
(7)añosdesdequesedejedefabricarelmismo.Paralareparacióndelmonitor,EIZOylosdistribuidoresutilizarán
repuestosquecumplanconnuestrosestándaresdecontroldecalidad.
LaGarantíaesválidasóloenlospaísesyterritoriosdondeestánubicadoslosDistribuidores.LaGarantíanorestringe
ningúnderecholegaldelCompradororiginal.
ApesardelasestipulacionesdeestaGarantía,EIZOysusDistribuidoresnotendránobligaciónalgunabajoesta
Garantíaenningunodeloscasosexpuestosacontinuación:
(a) CualquierdefectodelProductocausadopordañoseneltransporte,modicación,alteración,abuso,usoincorrecto,
accidente,instalaciónincorrecta,desastre,mantenimientoincorrectoy/oreparaciónindebidarealizadaporun
terceroquenoseaEIZOosusDistribuidores.
(b) CualquierincompatibilidaddelProductodebidaaposiblesinnovacionestécnicasy/oreglamentaciones.
(c) Cualquierdeterioroenelrendimientodelavisualizacióncausadoporfallosenlaspiezasconsumiblescomoel
panelLCDy/ola"Backlight",etc.(p.ej.cambiosdebrillo,cambiosdeuniformidaddelbrillo,cambiosdecolor,
cambiosdeuniformidaddelcolor,defectosdepíxeles,incluyendopíxelesmuertos,etc.).
(d) CualquierdefectodelProductocausadoporunequipoexterno.
(e) CualquierdefectodelProductoenelquehayasidoalteradooborradoelnúmerodeserieoriginal.
(f) CualquierdefectodelProductocasusadoporfugasdelíquidodelaspilas.
(g) CualquierdeterioronormaldelProducto,yenparticulardelaspiezasconsumibles,accesoriosydemás(p.ej.
pilas,botones,piezasgiratorias,mandoadistancia,cables,Manualdelusuario,etc.).
(h) Cualquierdeformación,decoloracióny/oalabeodelexteriordelProductoincluidalasuperciedelpanelLCD.
ParaobtenerservicioenlostérminosdeestaGarantía,elProductodeberáserenviadoporelCompradororiginal,
asuDistribuidorlocal,coneltransportepreviamentepagado,enelembalajeoriginaluotroembalajeadecuadoque
ofrezcaelmismogradodeprotección,asumiendoelriesgodedañosy/opérdidadelProductoduranteeltransporte.El
CompradororiginaldeberápresentaruncomprobantedecompradelProductoenelquesereejelafechadecompra
delmismocuandolosoliciteelserviciodeGarantía.
ElPeriododegarantíaparacualquierProductoreemplazadoy/oreparadoenlostérminosdeestaGarantíaexpiraráal
vencerelPeriododegarantíaoriginal.

PÉRDIDAQUEPUEDANSUFRIRLOSDATOSUOTRAINFORMACIÓNALMACENADAENCUALQUIERMEDIOO
CUALQUIERPARTEDECUALQUIERPRODUCTODEVUELTOAEIZOOALOSDISTRIBUIDORESDEEIZOPARA
SUREPARACIÓN.
EIZOYLOSDISTRIBUIDORESAUTORIZADOSDEEIZONOOFRECENNINGUNAOTRAGARANTÍA,IMPLÍCITA
