Connecting to Audio equipment
The HELIOS X5000 has two different audio output options:
i Digital via coaxial or optical output
ii Hi Fi Analog via stereo output
A. Connecting to a 2 channel audio amplifier
Connect the video output of the player to the video input of your TV system using the
corresponding cable.
Connect the audio cable’s L and R from the stereo output to the sound input of the L/R
socket on the amplifier.
B. Connecting to a Digital audio receiver
If your audio system (AV receiver, amplifier, home theatre system or powered speaker system)
can receive digital audio input, you can connect your audio system to the HELIOS X5000 via
optical or coaxial connection.
