Remote control
The remote control doesn’t work. • Check the connections between the unit and the remote control equipment.
• Close menu screens if they are open.
• [PAUSE REMOTE]: Check the control method and select the correct setting in “MODE” in
the SETUP menus.
• [RS-232C]: Check the parameters (e.g., baud rate) and select the correct settings in
“Remote” in the SETUP menus. Use the cable suitable for this unit and the
control equipment, either straight or cross.
• [USB]: Check that the USB driver is installed on the control computer.
Discs make sounds as they rotate. This does not indicate a malfunction.
