[BD80] “Analog Audio Output”: “2ch
(Downmix) + 5.1ch” (31)
[BD80] Set “High Clarity Sound” on the
on-screen menu to “Off” (27).
(Otherwise, the video will not be output.)
Connect terminals of the same color.
High definition video cannot be output with
this connection.
Use connection A or B (8) for high
definition video.

With audio cables, connect the AUDIO
OUT terminals to the two-channel audio
input terminals of an analog amplifier/
receiver or system component in place of a
television to enjoy stereo sound.
To enjoy a richer sound
Use connections D, E, F or G (9–10)
additionally.
