RECORDING CHECK FUNCTION
When the VCR is recording, press the REC CHECK button for more than 1.5 seconds and
then release. The tape rewinds a little and then the VCR plays back the recording just
made. When the tape reaches the spot where you pressed REC CHECK, the VCR starts
recording again.
AUDIO RECORDING/PLAYBACK
Audio will not be recorded if cables are not connected to the AUDIO IN connector or the
microphone is not connected to the MIC IN jack.
The 2H (playback only), 6H, and 8H modes and L18H, L24H, L30H, and L40H modes are
for audio recording and playback on the linear track. Normal sound is played back only
when a tape recorded in these modes is played back in its respective mode.
The lengthier the recording mode, the poorer the sound quality. In L30H and L40H modes,
sound quality is such that speech can be heard.
