Using the VideoPlus Feature
(DVD-V6000/DVD-V6400/
DVD-V6500)
Before presetting your DVD-VCR:
• Switch on both the television and your DVD-VCR
• Check that the date and time are correct
• Insert the cassette on which the programme is to be
recorded (safety tab intact)
Up to six programmes can be preset.

Press the MENU button, then press the … or †
button to select PROG, then press the OK or √
button.
The Timer Method menu is displayed.

Press the … or † button to select VideoPlus, then
press the OK or √ button.
• It can be displayed simply by pressing the
TIMER button on the remote control.
The Clock Settings menu will appear if the
time was not set on the first run.

A message is displayed to allow you to enter the
VideoPlus code.
• If all six programmes have been set, the message
Timer is full is displayed. Refer to page 36 if you
wish to cancel a preset recording.

Press the number buttons to enter the code
opposite the programme that you wish to record in
your television magazine.
• If you wish to correct the VideoPlus code that
you are entering:
- Press the œ button until the number to be
corrected is cleared.
- Enter the correct number.

Press the OK button.
The information concerning the programme is
displayed.
• When using the VideoPlus function for the first
time with stored stations, the programme
number flashes. This one time, you must enter
the station number manually by pressing the
… or † button.
