Changing the 4-digit Access Control Code
(i) While the loaded disc is stopped, navigate to the OSD symbol on Multiple-Toolbar-1 and press the down navigation
button ($) on the remote control. The OSD main menu will appear on the TV screen. Go to the “Access Control”
menu in the “Special Functions” category.
(ii) Select “Enter Code” from menu and the “Enter Code” dialog window will appear.
(iii) Enter your 4-digit code (refer to page 32 for instructions on how to temporarily reconfigure your remote control).
(iv) Navigate to “Change Code” using the down ($) and right (¦) navigation buttons.
(v) The “Enter Code” dialog window will appear on your TV screen.
(vi) Enter a new 4-digit code of your choice.
(vi) The confirm code dialog window will appear; enter the new 4-digit access control code again.
(vii) Press the “OK” button or use the left navigation button (¥) to exit.
When You Forget Your 4-digit Access Control Code
(i) While the loaded disc is stopped, navigate to the OSD symbol on Multiple-Toolbar-1 and press the down navigation
button ($) on the remote control. The OSD main menu will appear on the TV screen. Go to the “Access Control”
menu in the “Special Functions” category.
(ii) Select “Enter Code” from menu and the “Enter Code” dialog window will appear.
(iii) Cancel your 4-digit access control code by pressing either the “STOP” button on the front panel or the (¢) button on
the remote control four (4) times.
(iv) Enter a new 4-digit code of your choice.
(v) The confirm code dialog window will appear; enter the new 4-digit access control code again.
(vi) Press the “OK” button or use the left navigation button (¥) to exit.
