LocklUnlock TV
The LockiI nlnck TV option is tout-_d ill the Channel S¢!ttlp lnOtlLI.
Selecting this option lets you lock and unlock tile parental controls
and channel lists using a password. If the TV is locked when watching
TV, you only see the channels that are marked as 17eu:able. Locking

How V-Chip Works for the USA and Canada
V-Chip reads the program's age-based rating (TV-MA, "1%:-14,etc.) and content themes [(Violence
(V), Adult Language (L), etc.)]. If you have blocked the rating and/or content themes that tile
program contains, you will receive the message telling you that tile program is blocked from
viewing.
I_r(>adc islets are not required to prnvide content themes, so Drogr i[ns received \_,ith 11o content
themes xxill only be blocked if yOtl block their age-based rating. You can also block out programs
that have been given all Exelnl)t rating, and progratlis that are considered !lnrated,
