The Setup key is to the lower right of the LCD. To enter the Setup Mode, press and hold the
SETUP key. Successive presses of the SETUP key steps you through all the available setup
routines. These are:
1. Code Setup Mode?
2. Code Search Mode?
3. Key Labels Mode?
4. Setup a Macro?
5. Delete a Macro?
6. Setup a Timer?
7. Delete a Timer?
8. Learn IR Mode?
9. Delete IR Mode?
10.Delete IR ALL?
11. Set More Options?
12.Reset All?
13.Exit Setup
NOTE: If no Macro is set then “
DDeelleettee aa MMaaccrroo??
” is not offered. If no Timer is set then “
DDeelleettee aa TTiimmeerr??
”
is not offered. If nothing has been Learned then “
DDeelleettee IIRR MMooddee??
” and “
DDeelleettee IIRR AALLLL??

offered.
Pressing Up or Down (arrows) on the LCD also steps through these Setup screens in forward
and reverse directions. To exit Setup, press the SETUP key repeatedly, or UP or DOWN on
the LCD repeatedly, until the LCD displays “
EExxiitt SSeettuupp
.” Then press OK on the LCD to return
to normal operation. Exit from Setup occurs automatically after 60 seconds if no key is
pressed. In this case “
TTiimmeeoouutt
” appears in the display for 3 seconds prior to returning to
normal operation. Any unconfirmed changes will not be saved.
