2 When control rights are switched to the
unit
Whenever the button on the PC’s operation screen is
clicked, access will be cancelled and control rights will
switch back to the unit. In addition, the “NETWORK
CONTROL” message from the unit’s on-screen display will
be changed to “DISCONNECTED”.
z Once the message has changed to “DISCONNECTED”,
it can be cleared by pressing any of the unit’s buttons.
3 Forced disconnection from the unit
To forcibly cancel access by a PC, press and hold the
unit’s [EXIT/OSD] button for at least 2 seconds. When
access is forcibly cancelled in this way, the “NETWORK
CONTROL” message will be replaced with
“DISCONNECTED”.
z Access from the PC will not be permitted for a period of
10 seconds after access has been canceled.
1 When disconnected from the network
Displayed in the following cases.
z When forcibly disconnected by the DVR unit
z When disconnect button is pressed to manually
disconnect
z When settings are changed in network settings
2 When access cannot be made to a
connected DVR
Displayed in the following cases.
[When network settings is set to “ON (DVR)”]
z When connection is attempted with ID2 or ID3
z When playback (including copying) is being performed
on the DVR unit
[When network settings is set to “ON (NETWORK)”]
z When playback (including copying) is being performed
on the DVR unit
z When menu is being displayed on the DVR unit
z When camera control is being performed on DVR unit
3 When another PC is connected
Displayed in the following cases.
z When connection with ID1 is attempted while 4 PCs are
already connected
z When connection with ID2 is attempted while ID2 or ID3
user is already connected
z When connection with ID3 is attempted while ID3 user
is already connected
