• Check if the subtitle is recorded on the disc.

subtitles.
• The disc being played has been recorded in only one language.
• Depending on the type of DVD, some segments limit the
language selection.
• While in stop mode hold down PREVIOUS, PAUSE and
STANDBY buttons of the unit simultaneously for more than
3 seconds. The password lock will be released and all initial
settings will return to the default values.
Please note, that in this case you should switch the unit OFF and
then back ON again. You will see a choice of menu language to
be re-made. After pressing the corresponding numeric key on the
remote control, you will need to proceed with the other initial
settings, as you did when you first installed the unit. (set-up
menu: page 23-29).
• According to your TV make the correct "TV Screen" settings in the
set-up menu (page 24).
• Do not use zoom function on your TV, as parts of the picture and
menu may be lost.
• The setting of "On-Screen Display" is set to "Off". Set it to "On" in
the set-up menu (page 26).
• This function does not work when a DVD has not been recorded

camera angle system only in certain portions of the DVD.
• The menu language for your player has not been set during set-up
(page 22).
• Your preferred menu language on a DVD disc (if available) has
not been set during set up (page 23).

in your language.
• If the audio or subtitle language is not available on the DVD disc

the language selected during initial player set-up will not be
heard or seen. The disc's priority language (default language) is
selected automatically. If you want another language, press audio
" " button and subtitle " " button in order to select it
temporarily for this disc. (Or press
menu
